Delivery & Returns
Please note before ordering:
We aim to make and dispatch all items within 3-5 workings days, however during our busy periods (May-Aug) products that are handmade to order can take up to 7-10 WORKING days (weekends and bank holidays are not included) to be dispatched, they then will be sent first class via royal mail, this usually would get to you within three working days but we cannot guarantee it!
On rare occasions items may get lost in the post,we are not responsible for this, we will however provide proof of postage receipts for all items we ship.All international parcels are shipped via a tracked service and can take up to 14 working days to reach you.
Please contact us immediately, on receipt of your order, if there are any items which are faulty or missing, if you have received the wrong items or if you wish to make a return. Faulty items will be replaced like for like.
We do not offer full refunds on items handmade to order , however we can exchange your items for different sizes or for items of the same value, the item must be unworn with all labels still intact, in the original packaging and in a good re saleable condition.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order, if you would like a refund or exchange.
We cannot offer any refunds for items outside of the 14 day return policy.
International parcels will be accepted if the item is returned within 28 days of delivery in perfect saleable condition. We do not accept exchanges on intentional orders at this time.
Please note : the cost of returning an item is at the customers own expense, we would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier and keep all proof of postage receipts as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to 5 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
